i say both are awful but at least the mom of the bully can tell their kid to knock it off, straighten up and fly right or have consequences.

Both are equally bad but I would be terribly ashamed if my child was a bully I would feel like a horrible parent
If my kid was bullied though I would be ready to fight I'm not gonna tolerate my kids being hurt.

i would say the mom of a bully.  since that is so not the type of person hubby & i are i wouldn't know how to handle a child like that.

I agree that both would be horrible but I think being a mom to a kid who is bullied is worse. Being bullied is so damaging to the child on a mental/emotional side. It could take years to correct it.
