when we went grocery shopping over the weekend my daughter asked if they could try chef boyardi.  i've never bought it for them, tend to stay away from such processed foods, but i had a coupon & it was on sale so i got a big can of it for $.95.  i knew i had a lot of cleaning/organizing/rearranging in my future for this week so thought it would be good for one lunch, not much effort on my part.  the kids were so excited when they saw what i was making them & told me i was nice to give them a treat for lunch.  the verdict after tasting?  they both said "it's good but yours is better!" ;o)

Great!

DD said that about my bread a couple of weeks ago. Store stuff is ok, but she likes mine better. Makes you think "score one for the good guys!"

lol. My boys liked it when they were little, the babysitter gave it to them. But they considered it a different food than the ravioli I made. If you start them young with just good whole foods, not processed, they will grow up liking healthy food.

Awww, how sweet!

Do you make your own ravioli?  I've been thinking of trying my hand at pasta making, but haven't yet.
