I take a probiotic, magnesium, vit D, vit E, lysine, fish oil, folic acid, digestive enzymes, calcium. I think that is all I take.
i take zinc and cranberry

I have to take iron and calcium.

i dont have to take them but zince is good for your immune system and cranberry is good for urinary tracy
