saturday one of my husband's friends was on his way home from work.  he lives in an apartment complex & was going to get the mail before going home.  he remembers going around the curve to the mailboxes then he's waking up in his car in the bushes behind the mailboxes about 20min later with police & ambulances around him.  they took him to the er, did some tests & found nothing wrong, referred him to see a neurologist on monday & sent him home after a few hours in the er.  sunday he's at walmart with his wife & daughter, turns down an aisle & the next thing he knows he's waking up on the floor with  paramedics around him.  they took him to the er again but this time they kept him overnight.  still found nothing.  nothing showed on the mri, in his bloodwork or any of the other tests they did.  they referred him to a few more specialists for more testing.

he doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs (never even touched the last 2).  he's in his late 20's/early 30's, in shape (he plays soccer 2-4 evenings a week), has no history of blackouts nor does anyone in his family, to his knowledge.  before the first incident saturday he was feeling fine.  it's scary how quickly your life can take such a turn.  i hope they figure out what's going on soon so he can get help.

Oh my goodness!  I hope they can find the problem and fix it.

Wow!!  Has he been checked for an enlarged heart.  It isn't a commonly run test and it's not something that would just "show up". It actually often isn't caught until a person has died as a result.  :/

not sure all he's had done. i know he went to the neurologist on wed & i think he's going to a cardiologist next week.
