Best way to dry wet shoes?

Ran a 10K in the pouring rain this am.  Shoes are SOAKED!  What do you do with your wet shoes?? I stuffed them with newspaper and put newspaper around the outside and held with rubberbands....any other suggestions?

 dryer...dd put hers in the dryer they came out fine lol mind u shes 2

I do the dryer thing too...Once we get the wood stove in, they will go next to it..

Depends of they are ones I can throw in the wash I just wash and dry them. If they aren't I stuff them with newspaper

Stuff them with newspaper and air dry.  As long as they are stuffed you might be able to heat dry.

Just keep changing out the newspaper.  

Depending on the shoes, I've put them in the dryer on air only.  Heat can damage good sneakers.

we have flat heating vents-I just flip the shoes over top of the vents or stick them in a sneaker bag in the dryer
