Soak fruits and vegetables

Use a hydrogen peroxide soak to get rid of the residue that coats supermarket produce. Fill your sink with cold water and add ½ cup of hydrogen peroxide. Let the produce soak for about 30 minutes, then drain. Give your fruits and veggies a quick rinse with clear water and let dry before refrigerating.
