Drink an 8-ounce glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning to rev up your metabolism. Your body is parched after 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

What I do is I grab my coffee cup and fill that up with water and drink that 1st before pouring coffee in it.
Good tip. I try to make sure I drink a good amt of water in the morning.
I do this nearly daily because I'm so thirsty when I wake up. It's the last thing I do before bed and the first thing I do when I come downstairs. I even wake up in the middle of the night sometimes to get more. I can't drink enough!!
