Rev Up your Morning with Water

Drink an 8-ounce glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning to rev up your metabolism. Your body is parched after 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

Thanks! It really helps cuz my 1st reaction in the morning is to grab my coffee cup.

Yes. I keep water next to my bed and I try to do this every morning.
