Give Almond Milk a Try

Try almond milk in your coffee. Not only will it add a sweet, nutty flavor without sugary syrups, you’ll save a gram of saturated fat compared to low-fat milk.

I will try that. I am addicted to International Delight's Cold Stone Creamery flavor but I was thinking I need to find something better for me.
