right now i'm training for a half marathon but I like to run and do other things too like videos
Yes, I started working out again at the begining of Sept. I just do 100 situps and do a workout video for about 30 mins.
Daily... I walk, jog or run 5 miles each day
I jog everyday about a mile
I go for a 2 mile run at least once a week. And I go to a strength class at the gym once a week.
and the dogs and I walk 3 miles almost every day.
id like to get another run in or a Pilates class....but there just aren't enough hours in the day
