1 mom liked this

Bacon ranch salad with grilled chicken.

DF is bringing it home from work for me. (He works nights and I'm up while he is gone.. so this is really 'dinner')

Strawberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and a little milk. I make lots of different ones, depending on what fruit I have on hand or pull out of the freezer. Usually I add spinach, but was out.

Do you use fresh or frozen fruit? I am debating getting a new blender. They have them at Kohl's for $19.99 and I have a $10.00 Kohl's cash buck. I already have one of those blenders that are glass height. I forget what they are called. I don't like it. LOL Was thinking that the smoothies would be good for breakfast.
What do you freeze them in and how do you defrost them?
