Bake Smarter

When baking, use mini chocolate chips in place of regular chips and you can use about ¼ less than the recipe calls for without anyone noticing.  Find recipes for Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies.

If I'm eating baked goods it's not cuz I want something healthy...it's cuz I want a treat. I'll use the big chips!
