a yogurt place opened not far from me a week or so before thanksgiving. i noticed lately when we drive by, no matter when it is the place is always closed. it took them months to build the store, it's in a new line of shops in supertargets parking lot. well the other day when we were at target we walked over to see what was up with the yogurt shop. they're closed for winter!!
wth?! they just opened! they were only open for two weeks or so & then they are closed till march. why bother? i'm sure the few employees they had aren't getting paid for these three months of no work & won't be sitting at home with no money coming in till they reopen. why go through all that trouble of building out a store (been there with other jobs so i know how much work it is) only to close for three months after being open for two weeks?
there are several yogurt places around that are open & do business year round. so why miss out on customers by opening & then closing? if they were going to do that why not wait till open till march to begin with?
makes no sense to me!
