Instead of Cheese in a Cracker, Spread it on a Flatbread

Trade the cheese-filled cracker-sandwich pack for this easy sweet-salty-savory combo: Spread 1 tablespoon part-skim ricotta on each of 2 thin, crisp multigrain flatbreads. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey.

very unhealthy, since the grains that we tend to eat are overly processed and very hard on our bodies.

(Both options are very unhealthy), Also, you want full fat, not low fat.  We need the fat.
