I'm going public!--Update 2/25

I am going to try to lose weight!  I am going to go public with my current weight and will update regularly. 

Please castigate or congratulate me as necessary. (Don't hold back!  I need the good and the bad!)

I am currently 176.  I want to lose about 30 to get back to a normal weight for me!

You can do it! I'm currently at 215, and want to loose 35lbs for my first step!

I am going to be more conscious of what I am eating.  I am going to be moving more.  More walks to the park with DD, now that the weather is nicer and it stays light longer.  I don't really want to "diet" because I really want DD to see me showing healthy choices and healthy body image.  I am, however, getting a fat burner pill to see how it works.

I am just going to be more aware of what I am eating.  Less eating out at lunch.  Bringing my own and using my little crock pot is a start.  I joined the CSA and my first delivery of fruits and veggies needing minimal prep arrived last night.  I guess the biggest thing is make better choices!

You can do it ;) Just try to stay on the path and if you have an off day just get back up the next day and get back to that path ;)

You can do it! I just started my 2nd week of weight loss/training program. And I have a lot more than 30. (I don't think I'm brave enough to share my weight tho. I need to drop at least double.)
