Drink more water.

Most of us actually don’t drink enough water every day. Water is essential for our body to function – Do you know over 60% of our body is made up of water? Water is needed to carry out our body functions, remove waste and carry nutrients and oxygen around our body. Since we lose water every day through urine, bowel movements, perspiration and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake.

How much water do you drink daily?

I only drink water but I dont drink enough

I drink at least a liter, but I also consume tons of water rich fruits as well.

I don't even know.  I drink a ton of water.  I keep a water bottle filled and by my side throughout the day everyday.

i'm sure i don't drink enough but try to at least do 32 oz a day

Bad days I might get 4 cups but good days I use my fridge dispenser to measure a cup to gulp down every hour on the hour.  I do keep a big mug of water on my end table at night and usually that's empty by late morning.

I know I don't drink as much water in the winter time as I should.

I fill up my water bottle several times a day. It is pretty much all I drink.

Other than a cup of coffee it is usually all I drink.
