Our house is 18 years old, we're ready to start doing some remodeling.  The kitchen is looking a bit shabby and outdated.

No clue. Not super old, but probably not very new either. So maybe the 90's? Now I'm curious so I'm probably going to call housing and ask, LOL.

About 100 years. We aren't exactly sure as our city's records building burned down sometime in the 1970s (I think that's when) so it is hard to find out exactly for a lot of the older houses around here.

Built in the late 50's.  So a lot of updates are needed.  We are doing them as we can, or as needed, whichever comes first.
