Looking for healthy easy meal and snack ideas

Baseball season is upon us and with it comes the need for healthy, quick and easy meal and snack ideas.

We try to avoid anything with artificial ingredients and most things that are processed.

We usually do cut up fruit and we like veggies and hummus as easy snacks. We do nuts and pretzels, too.

What else can we do? What about easy meal ideas that can be eaten on the go or taken with us to eat at the field?

we love wraps in our family.  easy to make & take with you.  you can make them a ton of ways to suit your families taste buds.

in the summer we'll do allot of salads; lettuce, pasta, couscous, tabouli

What about stir fry prepared in advance (we use garlic and chinese 5-spice powder instead of sauce) and eaten in homemade tortillas?

I was going to suggest wraps also. I like making them to eat at work.
