Baseball season is upon us and with it comes the need for healthy, quick and easy meal and snack ideas.
We try to avoid anything with artificial ingredients and most things that are processed.
We usually do cut up fruit and we like veggies and hummus as easy snacks. We do nuts and pretzels, too.
What else can we do? What about easy meal ideas that can be eaten on the go or taken with us to eat at the field?
