It's not like she's going to be able to fit it long enough for a special day, so why not? If it gets dirty, ok, no problem.
Would you let your child wear a "dress-up" outfit to preschool?

I would minus the dress shoes.  Besides picture day our school doesn't like them.

My daughter has that dress in aqua haha. I let my kids choose their outfits. Doesn't bother me.

 Yep. I let my kid go to school in hearts,flowers and stripes one day,she looked a HOT MESS it was not worth the fight.

The shoes were rubber soled. Not slippy. Under normal circumstances, anyway.
