I got a deal from my produce gal on corn and needed to freeze a bunch of it.

I wanted to share this trick. Just put a bundt pan in the sink, stick the small end of an ear in the center hole, and when you cut the corn, it goes in the pan, not flying all over.

I've been doing this for a long time. Have no idea where I got the idea from, but a friend stopped by, and was amazed, so I thought I'd share.

Great!

Just out of curiosity, have you ever frozen it on the Cobb? I've seen frozen cobs in the store, but never tried it.

I do this and if I have a lot I'll borrow my mom's electric knife too.  So much faster.
