Pizza dough, help!

I made some pizza dough but only used half...can I freeze the rest?

Yes, but it needs to be done pretty immediately.  Before it has a chance to rise again.  And when you defrost it, unwrap it first and set it in a bowl in the fridge overnight.  Then on the counter for 1-2 hours before you're going to use it.

Yes!! I always make a ton and freeze it. Wrap it tight in plastic wrap and then put in a zipper bag. thaws great in fridge and then let rise in room temp before you go to use it

Yes, you can. Just put it in the freezer before it can rise again.
