What kind of cards do you buy?

We buy birthday, anniversary cards and Christmas. We exchange Valentines day cards.

There are a few cute ones I've seen, our post office has a machine that prints stamps and my mom had some that are a stick figure old fashioned postman, cute. Still I love the look of old stamps better!

Quoting JRSMOM0621:

Ugh I hate/ love those stamps. I love that I dont have to keep up on how much it costs to mail but they are seriously ugly

Quoting suroundedbyboys: I love the look of multiple stamps. I was totally happy using whatever the previous costing stamp was and adding 1 or 2 cent stamps. Well now the post office is only making forever stamps, which makes me sad :( so I got a bunch of old stamps and I'm stuck figuring postage which take forever! I seriously spent like 30 minutes putting postage on 6 letters!

Quoting JRSMOM0621:

I love collecting stamps! I try to find stamps that are different each time I mail out a set of cards

I love cards and sending them! I buy birthday, anniversary, get well, etc. I also send Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentines and Christmas.
I love mailing mail and using old stamps! This is a pic of some of the letters that went out last week.

We buy for the holidays, birthdays, special occasions and just because. The kids make cards too.

I am a sucker for cards, I buy and make cards (the ones with the kids pics on them) for almost every occasion and I send out cards sometimes if someone close is sick or to congratulate something.

I buy our own anniversary card and Xmas cards (personalized ones with photos); all others, I have my boys (9&5) make them😉

I very seldom buy cards.  Most of the people I would give them to are family, and they have a tendency to barely glance at them and toss them straight into the trash.  Why should I bother buying them?

Anyway, sometimes I'll send out free e-cards instead.
