How to fix holes

I have tiny rips, holes in puffy jackets (like Patagonia, North Face, etc.) that have either feathers or cottons that I really can't sew with needle and thread. Does anyone have ideas on how to fix them?

fabric glue....you can get it at any Joann's.

It leaves a "scar"...but the feathers won't continue to fly out and the hole won't get bigger.

I applied small amounts with a toothpick until the hole was sealed shut.  (slow going as you have to keep stuffing feather fluff back inside so you're not gluing feathers on the outside)
