Carson (my son) just crawled into the kitchen, with an envelop stuck to his hand...I bent down to pick him up and noticed a dark color handprint left behind on the envelop. At that moment I noticed he looked like he had been playing in mud. No it wasn't mud, MY SON"S BACK END EXPLODED! yes thats right..
it was poopy all over his legs and outfit. It had happened in a matter of 30sec because i was walking into the kitchen to put the bottle up i had just fed him when he crawled in after me.....
and as i made a mad dash to get a towel to lay him on to clean him up. I noticed the carpet had smear marks where he had scooted! hahahaha Then I proceed to give him a bath and as I am putting his lotion on he pee's all over is mommy and daddy's bed....he hasn't peed on us in MOnths! LOL WOW what a night! Cleaning carpet now...............
Been there, done that! Well, not exactly that. When Chase was about 8 months old, he was in his Jumperoo bouncing away and I noticed something on the ground by his feet. Went to go pick it up and realized it was poop! And the more he jumped, the more that fell out! Same situation as you, I had just put him in it and went into the kitchen for a minute, and when I came back he was leaking!
Malayna and Kaylie have been worse than that though. One day when they were around 18 months I put them down for a nap. 30 minutes later they were both crying, so I went in to see what was happening and they were both covered in poop! Head to toe, on their hands, all over the bed. Ugh! Gross! So I had to clean them both up, etc.....
Right after Malayna turned 2 I started potty training both her and Kaylie. Everytime they had a poopy diaper I would change it, but then take them to the bathroom and show them that "poopoo goes in the potty" and dump it in and flush it. Well, a few days later I hear Malayna during naptime yelling "Poopoo goes in the potty." I figured she had a dirty diaper so I went in, and she's standing in her crib with her diaper in her hand holding it out to me---full of poop!!!! AHHH!
Seriously, I could go on with the poop stories! I'm so sorry you had to clean up that mess--I knowhow gross it is! Just think, the more kids you have, the more experiences like that you get to have! Ha!
Oh, yes, another one....
So Malayna and Kaylie are potty trained with #1, but they still haven't gone #2 in the potty. They wear underwear all day and stay clean and dry, but I put them in a diaper/pullup for naptime and bedtime because they don't have control when they are sleeping yet (which is fine, they aren't quite 2 1/2 yet). Anyway, I'm trying to work on that, but they typically go #2 during naptime.
So yesterday I jumped in the shower after I put them down for a nap. When I get out I hear Kaylie yelling, "Ewww, poopoo gross." I figured I needed to go change her diaper so I walk in--she's standing in the middle of the room with a bare butt! So I ask where her diaper is and she points to the ground by her bed. I walk over and pick it up--no poop in it, but it stinks in her room, so I know she went. I asked her where the poopoo was and she walks over to the rocker/glider in their room and points to a pocket on the side and says "It's right here!" Sure enough, she has stuffed the poop in the pocket! So then I had to dig it out (ewwwww!) clean her up, etc. Seriously--gross!!!!
HAHAHHA this is beyond funny, its Hilarious! LOL Thank you sooo much for posting this Rachel....I know that it must of been horrible for you at the moment but I am sure you laughed later! HAHAHA What did your husband think when you told him?
