can use any cuts of chicken w/ this as you like .6-8 good sz potatos, peeled and sliced about med , grease baking dish w/ either spray or olive oil, layer potatos in bottom of dish , put chicken seasoned to taste on top , cover w/ foil , bake 375 for a least an hr or til potatos and chicken are done , serve w/ salad or veggie and you,ve got dinner.
