What are some of the positives and negitives of your lives?

Positive things...

I'm alive
my family is well
I woke up this morning
I made brunch and super
I read to my 5 yr old
I watched a movie with my kids
I did dishes
I go to work when I am suppose to
I know I can relax by going to my roo

Negitives for today

I didn't get dressed and stayed in my jammys

I didn't do much at all

I felt nervous as the night has progressed

I have felt bits of panic

I have been short a little with my kids

(I'm looking forward to tomorrow being a better day)

Positive.  I have a loving dh. Even though he has MS and can't work. I am happy to have what bit of a job I do have.  Meaning I work 18-20 hours a week at most.  Happy that so fa we been able to make all our monthly bills and still put food on the table.

Negatives.  My mother is a negative.  She can't be caring or understanding of anything of us her kids.  She brings me down.  If tell her things are not going well.  She right away says well I can't help you's out.  You'll have to deal with this on your own.
