Things going very slow with my job and the EEOC. Talked to EEOC yesterday

I get more stressed and frustrated by the day.  3 weeks I have to be back to work. Not sure I will have something to go back to.  I called the EEOC.  Since it was 3 weeks when I last talked to them.  They promised in 2 weeks they'd let me know of mediation.  This woman got snippy with me. Says well you just filed your charge  Umm way back in May.  She says that is not that long ago.  These things can take a long time.  Sometimes over a year.  I said I don't have over a year.  I can't afford to be out of work.  She she says.  Your not the only one out of work.  She says maybe another week or so there might be an answer.   So I went online. Filled out the paperwork for the DVR.  A friend told me they might help someone with panic attacks and working.  So I thought I'd find out if my situation falls under what the DVR helps people with. Getting them in work they can do based on disability.  Maybe they will say they can help.
