Have you ever felt alone? Like no one understands what your feeling? Panic takes a hold of you and cripples you, it scares you with such fear you can't describe it. You think heart attack, you think your going crazy, and your life in constant fear of it happening again. It keeps your in your home, it keeps you from living your life as free as you once did. Your suffer, those around you suffer. You find yourself feeling quilt and frustration, and you want to just wake up and the nightmare be OVER!
If only it were that Easy. I am a mother of 3 ages 16, 12, and 5 and I can say that they have suffered more then myself sometimes. They do not understand, nor will they even unless it happens to them. ( God willing it wont) I am a wife and my husband doesn't get it though he has tried. It keeps me from going places with them as a family and that breaks my heart.
We all feel some what the same as one another. We always need someone to be there, someone to tell us it's ok. We need most of all Support from people that know exactly how we feel. That's what this group is all about! I hope that we can all come together and beat this ... over come those fears that keep us walking on egg shells.
