From the book:

Wheatgrass Nature's Finest Medicine

by Steve Meyerowitz

in West Palm Beach, FL 33411

"After my stay at Hippocrates, I continued following the program strictly.  Not only did I eventually get rid of my malignant tumor, I also increased my energy level, improved my skin tone and hair volume.  Most importantly, I have been cancer-free for nearly a decade now.  I return to the Institute twice a year for reinforcement and reaffirmation."

---Rachel Budnick, Chicagto, Illinois

in Lemon Grove, CA 91945-2198

"Before this way of living began for me, I was well over 200 lbs., and survived on any pill, fast food, alcohol, or any othe relief available.  I was captive in my own house and in my own body.  I had five surgeries, all related to food and self-abuse.  Today, I am a trim, vibrant, fifty year old woman, in love with life.  I have friends who, including myself, would not be alive today if it were not for the Optimum Health Institute."

in Cedar Creek, TX 78612

in England

"I now think this was the best investment I have ever made in my health.  My health and well being were dramatically improved during the course, but more importantly, the knowledge gained has empowered me to take total responsibility for my own health.  Since this course in 1998 I have changed my career to Natural Healing and am now able to share this important knowledge with others."

---Sandra Hillawi

in Rincon, Puerto Rico 00677

"On living foods, I completely healed from severe, inoperable cancer in my uterus, breast, and liver.  Now I feel younger and better than ever.  I feel I owe my life to the grace of God and Dr. Ann."

---Mildred Rivera

in San Fidel, NM 87049

in Union City, MI 49094. USA.

"Since 1976, Creative Health Institute has taught and practiced the Dr. Ann Wigmore Living Foods Lifestyle program.  We bear witness to the reversal of a wide range of diseases, and we strongly agree with Dr. Ann's belief: 'There are no incurable diseases, just people who won't make the effort to restore wellness.' "

---Donald O. Haughey, Founder, CHI

in Atlanta, GA 30307. USA.

"When a person truly has faith and belief in healing, there is no disease too difficult or impossible to heal."

---Brenda Cobb, director

in Queensland, Australia

" I've lost a lot of weight in four weeks here.  I've stopped smoking once and for all.  My skin is clearer.  My eyes are shiny again.  Chronic fatigue is gone.  I feel fully energized.  I;ve gained an incredible amount of knowledge about my mind and body and I've developed the self-discipline necessry for me to continue to blossom at home."

WHEATGRASS Nature's Finest Medicine

by Steve Meyerowitz

Piter U. Caizer in his own words:

If you think about assimilation f sunlight, humans don't take the energy directly from the sun; we're going through other sources-green plants.  We should develop a diet that gets closer to h foods that provide ta energy, but instead we have gone in the opposite direction with highly cooked, fried, microwaved, processed food and it's all dead.  It doesn't provide any vitality.  When I eat food I wan to fee energetic and happy and good.  When I eat cooked food, I feel tired.  It just doesn't work.  You eat dead food and it brings your vibration down and your body has to wrestle with it, to get it out of the system, then you come back up.  Then you eat again and it goes down again.  So if you eat live food, your vibration doesn't go down; it gets higher and higher an you grow in a spiritual way.

Wheatgrass contains raw chlorophyll.  Chlorophyll is condensed sunlight.  Since we are light beings, spirit and soul inside solid bodies, the light force vibrates through he physical body.  That's the energy yu feel.  That's why wheatgrass is a spiritual food.  It nourishes you on the spiritual level as well as th physical.

The succesful actor or actress is the one who can enjoy and participate in the very feelings and thoughts of the characters they portray.  The result is a breakdown in moral fiber, in modesty, in restraint.  Lust is increased.  The sex feelings and instincts are inflamed continually.  The result, naturally, is lewdness in life, jealousy on the part of the husband and wife, and sex attraction for others outside the marraiage union.  "Sow a thought and reap an act."  After thinking evil in every picture, movie players act evil.  No character can withstand constant evil suggestions without protest and remain pure.  Movie people are notoriously immoral.  There are doubtless exceptions, but yet the exception proves the rule. ...

The people on the screen seem very real, particularly to boys and girls.  The average screen star is better known to the theater-goers than the president, the members of Congress, or any other public characters. ...  At a picture show one is as much influenced by and associates as much with movie stars as if one attended dances, plays, and social affairs of various kinds, with them.  To attend picture shows means to associate with movie characters.  And to associate with movie characters means to be influenced by the lowest moral and spiritual strata of society, with immoral, irreligious, godless standards, the standards that go with wrecked homes, drinking, lewdness, cigarrette-smoking, profanity, suggestive talk and nudeness.  That is why it is unsafe to attend selected pictures. ...

The moviing-picture business is in the crime business, the murder business, the kidnapping business!  The movies cram down the throats of boys and girls, young men and women, the thought that murder and crime of every kind make up normal life.  The seventy-seven millions of people who attend the movies weekly in America come out of the show after two hours soaked with thoughts and memories and visions of sin! ...

Murder, lust, rape, nude women, gangsters, jail-breaking!  These are the things that make up the movies! ...

We are not surprised to learn that the Los Angeles Times says, "We might as well be frank about it.  The pictures that are selling and doing big business are, in many instances, made of smut ..."  And the columnist adds, "I know a scenario writer who says his selling slogan is going to be, 'Scenarios that romp from rape to rape.' "

These scenes of wickedness, whether of attacks on women for immoral purpose, or gun fights or jail-breaking, or of nude women--these scenes, I say, fill the hearts and minds of picture-show goers.  Both principal avenues into the brain are used--sight and hearing.  With people inflamed by advertising, lulled by music, encouraged by educators, the movies are making cesspools of the minds of American people.  People ae described thus by Scripture:

... filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, convenant-breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them (Rom. 1:29-32).

With minds continually on the evil things, people must do evil.  Movie-theater goers do not obey the command of the Lord in Phil. 4:8:

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things arelovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

The themes of the movies are evil themes.  It is a sin to fill the mind with themes presented in the movies. ...

Time was when love was regarded more than the mere carnal mating of two human bodies, more than the seeking and satisfying of sex enjoyment.  Time was when there were holy and sweet mysteries of love,  Love meant honor, character, mutual respect, mutual sacrifice.  Time was when men did not expect all liberties before marriage and decent women did not give them.  Time was when young people were chaperoned in their courtship and even good-night kisses after an evening of fellowship of minds and spirit in decency in the parlor were only for those engaged and soon to be married.  In those days people married for a love of personality, and attraction of soul, and not merely for sex appeal.  This open, shameless, licentious love-making exhibited by the movies, which includes long embraces, open fondling each of the other, close-ups of ardent, long kisses, clandestine meetings, etc., is unwholesome and evil.  The movies prostitute every holy instinct to excite the mind, inflame the desire, and attract the "shekels" of a carnal public.  Do not misunderstand me.  Love itself, proper, decent, well-intentioned, reverent love, is a holy things.  But this necking, this display of bodies, these hot kisses, these secret meetings as shown on the screens, acted out by lustful, immoral people, produced by greedy and godless film companies that have no motive higher than gain, and enjoyed by the millions of the American public openly, this is disreputable, licentious, and evil!

...A bath may be decent enough, but it is not decent if it were put on as a public show of an exhibitionist on the stage of a theater.  Certain bodily functions are natural and right, guarded by the sacred privacy that God intended for holy things.  But to display lavishly on the screen all the affections and lusts and delights of an animal-like mating is not a true portrayal of godly and reverent and holy love!  I say movie "love," is so-called, is not true love, and as shown it debases love, corrupts morals, inflames the mind, and dishonors God.
