What a great idea to get to know your neighbours and secure a happy/loving relat...ionship with them. If everyone grew a garden and shared portions of it with other people (maybe some individuals know how to grow certain types of vegetables/fruit better than others), then our dependency on supermarkets would be decreased, and we would also save a lot of money!
A couple of our neighbours and myself do a similar trade-off with vegetables!

Our intestinal tract is a fragile eco system and if not supported with proper nutrition and care can go haywire. Probiotic foods like yogurt, fermented foods such as sauerkraut and if needed probiotic supplements are important to keep proper balance.
Note: stay away from yogurts with fruit and sugar in it go for an organic brand that is plain in flavor and add your own fruit just before eating or best yet make your own..also in the picture be aware papaya is often GMO...
