 I've started volunteering at the local hospital thrift store. The money from the store goes to the hospital. Well my shift is every Saterday from 9:30 am to 2 pm.  That is the only time i have avaliable for other people out side my family.

I signed up because I've been feeling kind of bored lately wiTh the everyday grind and routine. Well I just cant stand some of those women down at that volunteer thrift shop. My first Saturday was last Saturday and it went well, i like the few ladies that were in there but today ( my off day) I went to the thrift store because i had some old stuff to get rid of.....Well the two nice ladies were there and then the  "LEADER" was there too.  Oh great. I cant stand this lady!

There is a thrift shop meeting at the hopital on the 4Th floor tomarrow ( Wednesday the 18Th)  and there is a new policy that says you cant bring your kids because of the swine flu!  Im really tired of being restricted. I think that its dumb and I do not agree wiTh the restrictions. I dont do the vaccinations. Some families do and some dont. WE DONT! I've already made it apparent that i am only available on SATERDAYS not any other day, if its durning the week then i have to bring my  little girl. Thats just the way it is!!! Its not like im gonna go hang out in the ER and talk to people.  I feel like the volunteer leader lady is discriminating against me because i have small children. they be freaking thankful. Gosh!

So yeah anyway this lady is just giving me the vibe of if i dont get her vaccinated then she's gonna die. OH no i dont do the media shit either! Yes we're all gonna die now. Whatever. Im annoyed with the entire swine flu thing.  Im totally bringing Courtney anyway. Weather they like it or not. I really think this womans attitude is from her kid are gown and she doesn't want to deal with some fussy kid. Well my girl isnt like that! She very well behaved for her age.  So am i like an evil person because im not vaccinating our kids? Its a flu. It kills people, but so does a bunch of other shit too! The "Regular" flu can kill people too, bronchitis, phenomena etc.  I am just saying.  Lighten up! If we all taught our kids to cover their mouths and wash their hands  then we have nothing to be worried about. Im sorry if someone is offended but crap!  I am not paranoid. Guess im a peice of shit parent. WHATEVER!  Also is the hospital following all the health guidelines for the flu? Where does it say stop serving childen unless they're " flu like symtoms" What are us healthy people who have broken bones and stuff like that suppoed to do?  Get off it all ready.

You do what you think is right.  My son is a product of OVER vaccinations.  He was talking at 1 and a half and because the doctors did not warn me, he's now Autistic.  I believe in spacing out the vaccines, but for the Swine Flu........ NO.  For children like my oldest son it could KILL HIM TO GET THE SHOT!!  because his body is fucked up from the million and one shots you get during their first two years, if I add any more it will kill him.  I think people forget that when they vaccinate, the actually pump you full of the virus, so your body can make anti-biotics to it.  But  for children who bodies are already overwhelmed it's just too much.

This is what I know about the hospitals around here-

Most are NOT allowing children under 12 in the hospitals if they are not a patient-

Hospital employee's must have a flu shot or wear masks throughout the flu season while at work until April(?)-

Our 5 yo did have the live H1N1 nasal spray & is due to have the 2nd next week-No complications-

She is also in private school-The vaccines are a requirment-

I'am not doing that swine flu shot only because it has not been tested yet. We have no idea what the effects are and i think you should do what you feel is right. They have added so many vacc that it is not even funny. I am not getting all the vacc for my child because he is bf so what immunites i have he has so i know he will be fine. good luck and keep us updated please
