I live in an apartment building and the neighbors whose back balcony faces mine (well caddy-corner to mine) have a party going on, now it's not loud music that's the problem, it's the people themselves! They have been out there for HOURS being loud and talking loud and the noise is going right into my two older sons' bedroom! ugggg. I'm doing a noise complaint tomorrow morning, I would call now but I don't know the apartment number and I'm not walking around to the front of their apartment at almost 1:00am in my bathrobe. Tomorrow I'll be able to actually point to their apartment to the guy in the office because that apartment faces the office. I'm just tired and ticked off because why can't they realize they are in the "family" side of the apartment. Usually people that live in the 2bedrooms area have children! duh!! I'm also frustrated because I can't do anything at this moment. I have a box fan in the boys room (always have) for background noise (we have one in our bedroom too) but their voices keep coming in. **I don't go talk to them either because there are a lot of men there and they are all drunk** they've been drinking since this afternoon! Sorry to vent but I hate rude people and they are driving me nuts!
