Thank A Mom and help a charity

This Mother's Day, Macy's is running a special promotion on Facebook, and the CafeMom Team would like CafeMoms to participate.

The program is called the Thank-A-Mom Movement, and it's pretty simple.

-          You can go to Macy's Facebook page and choose a mom to whom you want to send a special Thank You e-card. It doesn't have to be your mom - you can send to any mom.

-          For every Thank You card sent by May 8^th, Macy's will donate $5 dollars to your choice of the following charities:

• Make-a-Wish Foundation
• Reading is Fundamental
• American Heart Association's "Go Red For Women"
• National Park Foundation
• Futures Without Violence

After you send your e-cards, go to The Park Bench and tell everyone which charity you chose and who you sent your cards to. For every mom who makes their post in The Park Bench, CafeMom will donate and additional $1 between all of the charities (up to $2,500).
