Manicures and Pedicures

 When you go, do you bring your own stuff (polish, files, clippers) or do you let them use their own?

I never thought to bring my own.. But now that you mention it it might be a good idea for sanitary purposes!

I don't get a manicure because I have acryllic tips and I get them done every 2 or 3 weeks and I bring my own polilsh. For pedicure I sometimes do my own but if I want to be pamper I will do to the salson but I don't bring my own stuff. They always have new stuff no open yet and the new stuff gets open up in front of you but once they are done using it on you they don't use it on anyway else and they put in a machine to be sterlzie.

 My mother's friend got Hep C from using the clippers and such at the manicure/pedicure place. So I always bring my own. I don't trust that they are santizing them appropriately, to be honest. I know they have those little machines, but who knows if they are working, etc.

that is scary and i know my place have about 4 machines, 2 of them near the pedicure area and only for the pedicure stuff and the other 2 machines are for the maincure and they are always working.

if they aren't working the package won't seal. They are also visited by haelth inspectors on a regular basis.
