Thanks!  My son is allergic to cow milk so for us it's just easier to make things from scratch, and I found a really good recipe for pancakes!

I just leave out the dairy and sub in rice milk and vegan buttery spread & cut up a banana (or other fruit) per batch.  It's a favorite!  I'm going to start making a few batches to freeze for easy mornings.
