Breakfast is lox on rye with cream cheese, onion and tomato. I think I'll be sick of this by the end of the week.

 Lunch was tuna on a piece of whole grain bread and an apple. I caved and got a diet Coke. Back to water after that's done.

Lunch, my co-worker and I went to a little Italian restaurant.

Dinner is going to be chicken and pasta.
