When I'm at work I never talk to my boss about being stress out the only time I talk to him or her is if there is a problem with a customer or a customer is giving me problems. Me and my husband always talk about things that are going on or on our minds. I never write any letters or talk about anyone that is borthering me I confort the person and talk to them. Nope don't blame myself or sulk but I do sometimes beat my self up on certain things but whenever I do get stress or someone gets to me I just take a deep breath and think of a happy place.

I will vent, or stew and brew for a while to get things out so I don't get crazy when I do approach others. Mostly this is at work. At home, I'm come right out and talk about it with DH.

I have done the letter thing, I really think that helps. I like it b/c I put all the "crap" on paper, and then I can be more rational with my thoughts.
