yeah im confused too.. are you looking for a private/catholic school somewhere? My kids just go to Kinder in the public school in our town. After PreK they go right to the elementary school for K-5th

Maybe we could start by knowing what area you live in?

Where do you live, silly?!?!?!?! I could help you in Cumberland county but have no idea otherwise! If it's public school you need to register with your district.

Kindergarten registration for the 2012-2013 school year is held at the Elementary Schools in your town.

Parents or guardians must bring a birth certificate or other form of identification that shows the age of the child, as well as two proofs of  residency, such as a lease, deed or tax bill.

Children must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 1, have a complete physical examination after Sept. 1 and have a record of the month, day and year of their immunizations against diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, poliomyelitis, rubella, rubeola, mumps, hepatitis B and chickenpox. Forms are available at the elementary schools during school hours. Anyone who cannot attend registration should call your elementary school.

You need to use the address where you actually reside. If you are found out, your child will be sent to the district you're supposed to be in anyway. I'm not sure, but there may also penalties involved. Some districts participate in school choice, that might help you if you want to look at other districts.

Yes there are monetary penalties involved.

Um, no its not okay. You have to actually live in the home you are using as your address for school.
