a shower.  I have a heater in my cieling light in the bathroom, so I turn it on and get the bathroom all hot and steamy like a sauna.  A good walk always helps, too.

drinks with my sister... me and pregnancy aren't getting along right now LOL  lately i've been going for walks with Elena.  It's too cold now, but I used to walk her over to Nicholas' baseball practice (which is almost a mile) then walking aruond the track with her while I watch him play.  Then I get lazy and make DH drive us home, but its the before effort that counts lol

I take a warm shower.I buy shampoo that smells really nice and give myself a scalp massage.that helps a lot especially when I'm suffering from a migraine.
