So, A is not an athelete. He does the martial arts, but it's not really something that gets him going enough to help keep his weight down. And he's starting to get a little chunky (84lbs and 54inches, but his tummy, well...). So I need ideas to get him active. He is really not a good athelete, and I'm not kidding. He sucks at soccer even tho he plays (I thin this is his last season). He REFUSES to ride a bike (although Jeff is going to take him this weekend by himself to the school parking lot to see if we can get him to ride). I'm at a loss as to what to do with him. We started changing his diet, b/c I"m afraid he's going to get fat! What do I do???
