I just moved to Lakewood thanks to Sandy. My daughter is 19 months and I am a SAHM. What is there to do here? All of my friends are about 50 miles away so i dont get to see them very often. I want to find some kind of "mommy and me" group. but i have no idea where to look. Any suggestions?

There's a lot to do. I'm in Manchester and we've been here 10 years this summer. Mothers center of the Jersey shore is a good group. You do pay a yearly membership fee but they have many activities each month. I joined when we moved here when my son was a toddler. I found out about many new places and things in the area. MCJS.org. Where did you move from?
