cheesecake..I make a really good one too..my family when I visit them always bug me to make them a cheesecake when I visit but it takes a while to make and I might maek one for Christmas and bring it with me when I visit my family...I always have aprob with mine spliting down the middle and then I was told to put a bowl of water in the oven with the cheesecake and it wont split.
