How often do you change them?
sheets: once per week
towels: often... lol usually they are too wet for a reuse so in the washer they go (but I do at least 1 to 2 loads per day)

My sheets are changed weekly. And my towels are only used once, so I guess my answer to towels would be daily.
I change them both weekly.
I, too, don't have a washing machine and I hate hate hate folding fitted sheets. Soooooooo, I send the sheets & towels out to be washed and folded. It's an added cost but well worth it to only have to put them away.
A minimum of once a week. In the summer, sometimes twice a week.
Sheets are roughly for 1-2 weeks....towels, we'll use them twice before washing.
Sheets about once a week or so. Towels usually get a couple of days of use before I throw them in the wash.
