I love going to 42nd street times square and just walk around. Me and my man and daughter sometimes do that when we are bored walk to the big toysrus that is down there. I went to the statue of liberty one time. But one thing i really want to do is celebrate new years eve down there. I know it is crazy but that is one thing i never did all the time i have been living in new york city. Even watching the lighting of the Christmas tree in Rockefeller center i miss every year.
The best part? I think I like fact that, where I live, a car is not a necessity. Everything is within walking distance.
I'm not a fan of large crowds so it would be hard for me to pick a tourist attraction.
i love where i live.... we have a house in the village, which means village taxes (I am in Central)..... I can walk to the kids schools, 2 playgrounds, 3 parks, the library, pharmacy, bowling alley, and just walk around in general.

"Your stupidity is my husbands job security."
camp up in the adirondax...its just beautiful! and peacful. I like my little house in the middle of no where too (chittenango) but I was born in locke which is even smaller
The change of seasons, even as much as I hate winter. I can't imagine not having beautiful fall colors, pristine glistening snowfalls, beautiful fragrant new flowers and warm sunny days.
I also cannot imagine living far from my friends and family.
Well it varies by season with me. During the cold seasons the city is cool. Theres always something fun and indoors to be done, whether its have good eats or club. In the summer there's nowhere I like to be more then the beach so thats when I love being in Brighton Beach, so I'm only a walk away from the sand.
