My son's remote remote has vanished. Gone! Poof! We've searched under the bed, behind the bed, behind his dresser, and other places throughout his room. It's nowhere to be found.
So now we're sharing a remote.
Ugh.
i spent half an hour of naptime looking for my DVD remote. that way i can select the Desperate Housewive episode that i left off at last night.
we have a $29 dvd player in our room, that we had bought the kids a few years ago. the battery to the remote died, i replaced it and the freaking thing won't work at all now... which made watching a TV show from DVD in my room impossible.

My husband is great at losing the remote. He'll take it with him to another room or to the basement or put it in his pocket. What is so difficult about just setting it back on the coffee table or putting it in the drawer?! The power button on the TV is broken, so it's useless without the remote. I waste so much time trying to find that damn thing! LOL

Ugh! I was just bitching at hubby about this, lol. When he's not home the phone is ALWAYS in the same place as soon as he gets home its like heeats the remote, mind ou he doesn't even watch T.V! Lol. I still haven't found it!!

Try the freezer lol. I kid you not, we have found it there a few times ourself. Although I am pretty anal about putting things where they belong. Others in our old house weren't. We found everything you can think of in the freezer. Including car keys, passifiers, cell phones, even a puppy (it was okay and I went off on the person), scissors, cameras, cereal, a pan, coffee cups, hair brushes, and tylenol

LOL! I would consider the freezer if the boy ever went into the freezer.
A puppy in the freezer?! I just caught that. Good lord.
My neighbor was out planting flowers her children and the neighbors were out playing she placed the garage remote on her chair while planting turned around and it was gone. this was in june come september her husband who has been fuming because they cannot open the garage door all summer, decides he does not like looking at dead flowers and starts pulling them up and yes he finds the remote.
