Hubby and I are driving to Myrtle Beach with DS..
we are dropping Sam off at my Dad's in NC.. and then have two romantic nights in MB alone... (wahoo, 2nd and 3rd nights this year!!!) and then my dad is bringing Sam down...and he is hanging with us at the hotel for the next few nights...
We are planning on leaving Myrtle Beach around 11AM (check out) driving for a hours... and maybe trying to check something out for the afternoon... stay over another night and then continue back to NY.
Anyone know anything interesting to check out and do with a 5 year old in Virginia, South Eastern PA?
We have a 4 day weekend planned to go to Washington DC in October, so we dont want to check that out.
Any ideas would be super helpful! Thanks!!
Not sure where this is, but I have heard great things.

we have been to alot of places in PA, let me look into which area you will be in
we are coming up 95... so anything along there within 45-1 hour off the beaten path is fine.
It is tons of fun. A friend whom I met online in a single parents group way back when hotmail or whatever it was like yahoo had forums lived near there. It was a nice day trip.
