I'd say 8 or less.  Or as we call it here in DeWitt:  a regular Saturday.  The roads were entirely cleared in 2 hours.  It  looked like we'd gotten no snow at all excpet that the pile at the end of the driveway was a little taller for the  boys to climb on.

forcast said 4 to 8" and I think we got just about 8" 

we snowblowed teh driveway before bed Friday night, so I don't have an accurate measurement.

We got about 18 inches. And as anyone who lives close to the city knows, that's a pain! Roads are only cleared enough for 1 car in side streets and I live a mile off the main road. Its all hills and curves getting to my house.
We live across the street from a school so should be a disaster tomorrow morning with the parents speeding around and no room to manuever around them.
