Well it depends in what they can do. We have to have a engineer come out and draw up plans. Since the terrain is not machine friendly all of it wi have to be done by hand.

Oh no! I'm sorry! That definitely sucks!

But in reference to a different post you had, you can use the crazy cost of this as part of your excuse as to why the bio has to pay for any additional cots for delaying sd trip back home!

Yep. Minimum $10K. Because our property is not machine accessible all digging, pouring, and whatever else needs to be done by hand. I need to call an engineer to come here, get a lay of the land, and draw up plans of how/where a new system can be put in place.

There goes my entire summer.

It got even better when I found out that getting the engineer to come out here and draw up plans costs about $5K. That's on top of a new system which could be $10K-$20K.

Yep, we're about to start eating peanut butter sandwiches for the next year.

Thankfully, we don't have to take out a loan but it's going to eat up most of our savings.

Things are going to get really tight around here.
