High blood pressure symptoms

I have always prided myself in having really good blood pressure: 110/70. Even when I was pregnant, it really never went much higher except with Naiya. Actually, at the beginning of my pregnancy with her it had dropped to 90/50.

Anyway, recently, I've started getting this tightening in my chest. It takes a couple of deep breaths to get it to loosen up.

It could be the financial stress we've been under recently.

I need to get myself to the doctor.

It really could be stress.  I know I get like that with stress.

Head to the doctor though just to make sure.

10/22 @ 3:30 pm. I'm way overdue for an overall physical.

GYN checkup is 11/6... need a yearly & a referral for a mammo. It's about that time.

Right before the end of the year - good job!

I have my gyn check-up in November but I haven't gotten a physical done in a while :/

I haven't had an asthma attack or used an inhaler since playing high school sports. Last week I had a couple instances of feeling right on the verge of an asthma attack, but was able to get it under control. Pretty sure it was just stress with recent events. I don't like that feeling especially since I don't even have any inhalers anymore.

You might be right, Kim. I'm fine now but I'm really relaxed bc the kids are being good and I'm trying not to think about money.

Last night the kids were really bad and My chest hurt. I put both boys to bed at 8:30 and about an hour later I was finally feeling better.
