How many deployments have you gone through and in how many years?

My hubby has been in 3 yr and 2 m and has done one 12 m deployment.

His BCT and AIT was almost a year long, he was home for a year and then deployed a year so far.

His rotation while he is in is 6 months out 18 months in and it will stay that way until he decides to get out. He isnt even home from this one yet and they already know where they are going next and what date they are leaving...

We are going on deployment number 2. His first was supposed to be 15 months but was injured and sent home at 10 months. This one will be for 6-9 months.

6 years, 2 deployments, numerous TDYs (he was a flying crew chief at our last 2 bases)

2 deployments in 4 years.  2003-2004 & 2005-2006..I am so thankful he has been home for awhile minus some schools!

In the first 4 years of being married, we went through 3 seven month deployments.  We are currently on Shore duty so he shouldn't be deployed for a few years.

Hubby and I have been married for 4 years....he has been deployed twice each for a year at a time. He deployed 1 week after we got married, then came home I got pregnant was here for our daughters birth and till she was 3 wks old and deployed again. Not to mention numerous TDY's, NTC's etc. He is training now at home now (gearing up for deployment number 3).

with my husband, 2 in 4 years.  he got put on the MEU when i was pregnant, and their deployment cycles seem REALLY long.  they prepare for like 18 months, at least that's the way it's been for this MEU.  my husband was supposed to go again, and it was going to be 2 years between the first time he left and the second time he left... not that i'm complaining.  i like having him home.
